As a professional blogger and small business owner certain tools help gain followers and make your profile look professional. I am going to let you in my little secret of my top four essential tools to use on instagram. more favorite tools I use to increase my followers on instagram and make my account look nice and clean. Most of the application I use are for the Iphone and Adroid images is key and using GraphicShock is a great source but more on that later.
1. The first thing I do when looking at a profile on instagram the lighting. When it comes to very nice pictures lighting is always key. I use Afterlight to fix any lighting issues I might have with pictures. Afterlight also offers different filters and light adjustment to help make your pictures vibrant and lighter much better than the instagram filters. Below you can see a very good example of how the picture looked before and after. The app purchase has definitely payed for itself over time.
2. If you looking to make collages or add writing to your pictures I will recommend a beautiful mess. The app is very easy to use. The have a large variety fonts and background. They come in handy when you have no pictures to post but want to say something.
3. Dropbox is key when trying to transfer pictures from my camera to my phone when using instagram. As well all know instagram is only for phones so at times some pictures might need more editing than other or a camera at the end of the day will take better pictures than one’s phone. Its easy to transfer phone through all devices with dropbox. I have it on my computre and ipad and phone and all photos end up in one place. I don’t have to worry about figuring out in which device I took a phone and spend hours trying to track it down. My have little kiddos running around the house they take most of my time.
4. GraphicShock is useful for when I don’t have an image for a general subject. At times I might not have any new pictures of merchandise to show or any new craft project in the works and just want a general picture to share a story with my followers.
