DIY funny pregnancy t-shirt and Geeky shirts for women, men and kids

One morning my hubby sends me a link with geeky funny t-shirts sayings. I fell in love with all of them and it also gave me a great idea. Why not make my own geeky t-shirt? So I went to work, my first trip was to Michael's to get my materials.

The first thing I did was to use my cricut and cut out the letter  "Geek in Production."

I purchased black fabric paint and use one of my makeup sponge to apply it to the shirt. You might be asking why I used a makeup sponge instead of a brush and that is because all my craft supplies are still packed from the move. I was shocked to find out how many bins I have of craft materials. I had a lot of explaining to do to my hubby at the time.

Don't forget to put something between the layer of your shirt  because you want to keep the fabric paint from going threw and staining the back of your shirt. I placed a piece of wood in between the layers.

I used heavy cardstock as a stencil. Heavy cardstock will absorb paint and will not let it go through the paper. Especially since I am always prone to accidents.

I made this cute DIY funny pregnancy t-shirt that any geeky mom will love share her baby/pregnancy announcement.

I also was able to find this cute website that has very creative geeky t-shirts for any occasion and not just for women but men and children.

I am in love with these awesome geeky t-shirts I found over at Snorgtees.

Can you tell me what awesome T.V show character loves to say this?

Who would not want to be Batman?!! I know that this shirt would look much cuter on my son than me but I so want to get it for myself. We all dream about being super heroes right?

We all love Doctor Who and having this cute one is a must for any fan!

Tell me which t-shirt is your favorite.

Stay Crafty,

Loren
