Wood Slice Chalkboard Silhouette
I've been wanting to use my vinyl chalkboard and my Cameo together for a while but I could not figure out what to do. Until now, I found this cute boy silhouette that looks like my little boy and now can use it with my wood slice. This is what I came up with...
I got the vinyl chalkboard from hobby lobby which I love because it self adhesive and will stick to anything.
So I went to work on my camoe silhouette and found the perfect silhouette of a little boy that resembled my little boy.
I went a head and cut the vinyl chalkboard into the silhouette, this part is always nerves because I really don't want to mess up the chalkboard.
It worked perfectly and it looks great! Now all I have to do is just peal and stick to the wood slice. I did clean the wood slice with a damped cloth to make sure it did not have saw dust on it.
I have a cute little boy silhouette I need to make one for my little girl soon to be joining our little family. I can leave cute little love note for my hubby in the morning before he goes off to work.
What do you think?

What a cool idea! I love the wood as a background instead of a normal frame. LOVE
Oh wow, how cool! Like Dinah said, I love the wood slice! You could do so many things with it too! Great job :)
