Crafty Chica Onesie and Earring with Iron on Applique Tutorial

If you are looking for a fast and easy Halloween inspired craft for your little one or a pair of earrings for you, then you have come to the right place. Kathy from Crafty Chica has sent me a goodie box with sugar skull iron on applique! The day of the dead skulls came with three skulls in a package and I had a plan to use them all.  

  I used the large sugar skull on a plain white onesie.  

  Iron on a day of the dead skull is super easy to apply with just a warm iron and a cloth over it. You are done in less than a minute.  

  Of course I could not stop there! I needed something to match my little girls onesie. I decided to make earrings with the smaller sugar skulls.  

  I iron on the smaller skulls to a piece of duck fabric. I used duck fabric because its stiff.  Once applied I cut the extra fabric around the sugar skull.  

  I pierced a small hole through it and attached earring piece.  

  Now I have the perfect earring for this Halloween.  Stay Crafty everyone,
