I love making tags and I decided that it would be fun to make a tag a day. I am very excited to show you all a mini tag series I am working on. The mini series I am making is like a story board. I am so excited to show you all the first two tags that start setting up the story line.
First lets start with a tag that represents what is going on in my life right now.
I began the first tag on June 23, 2012. It represent my first trip to San Diego which is coming up really soon. I will be posting pictures of my trips as soon as I can. I am really excite about the trip.
On June 24, 2012 I did my first tag on a mini series.
The story begins with two children playing under a big tree enjoying each other company with such innocence.
I used a page of a book as a background of the photo and I also used Tim Holtz distress ink pad to make photo looked aged with time.
On June 25, 2012 I did a tag with the same once young children now older and in their teens. They are exploring their feeling for each other and wondering what the future will hold. Our first love will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Behind the photo I used a old paper blue bag and inked it with Tim Holtz distress ink pads.
The flower I use is made of pieces of wood shaving. My wonderful sorority sister Mica send me a few flower that she use for her wedding.
I love placing embellishment on my tags. I use metal X0X0 that I found on my local scrapbooking store. I love going to my scrapbooking store you never know what you can find at each visit.
Here their are side by side can you guess where the story ends?
Here are some of the supplies I use on both tags.
